Mutilated seal found hanging from rocks

Pauline Wiggen (25) was out with her two children walking on Oksebåsen, just outside Ålesund, on Saturday, when she stumbled upon this mutilated seal, hanged from the rocks by its neck, a star shape slashed deep into its back.
