Tell us: Is Oslo a safe city to live in?

Do you feel safe in the Norwegian capital city of Oslo, or are there any parts of the city you avoid or times of day you prefer staying home? Please take a minute to share your thoughts in our survey.
For the most part, the Norwegian capital of Oslo is a great place to live for many reasons. Safety for a lot of people is chief among them.
The reason being is that while it typically sees some of the highest numbers of reported crimes out of all of Norway’s counties, it actually has the second lowest crime rate overall due to its population.
But, what do you think? Do you feel safe and secure in Oslo? Is there enough police presence on the streets, and are any areas of the city you avoid late at night?
