The process of getting a driving licence in Norway is quite stringent, with four modules and a theory and practical test needing to be passed to obtain one.
Additionally, driving in Norway also means adapting to many different conditions, be that rain, snow, ice, fog and wind.
However, do the conditions and strict licencing rules translate into capable and commendable drivers, or are Norwegians winging it behind the wheel?
