Maud Angelica (13) Leah Isadora (11) and Emma Tallulah (8), the three children of Princess Märtha Louise, the eldest child of King Harald V and Queen Sonja of Norway, performed to the Disney song “You Can Fly!”.
Leah Isadora, dressed as Wendy from Peter Pan, began the show, ‘flying' out to her horse carried by her teammates. Then Maud Angelica, dressed as a black cat, demonstrated her agility, making smooth, undulating cat-like movements on top of her horse.
Finally Emma Tallulah ran out into the arena dressed as one of the 'Indians' from Peter Pan.
The elder two children are among Norway's top competitors in the sport of Equestrian Vaulting, which combines dance and gymnastics on horseback, and were in the winning team at the Norwegian championships in September.
The three put on the display along with their teammates at the Oslo horse show.
Princess Märtha Louise began to ride at the age of eight, but she told Norway's Verdens Gång newspaper that she had never competed in the challenging sport of vaulting.
“I have tried, but it was not successful,” she told a press conference last week.
Princess Märtha Louise announced her divorce from her husband, the writer Ari Behn, in August. But both were present to watch the two children perform.
