The Norwegian capital has grown significantly over the past 100 or so years, but a new project on Oslo's history shows that some things have hardly changed at all.

Just how much as the Norwegian capital changed over the past century or so? Thanks to the cool new project 'Historic Oslo', which combines historic photos with Google Street View, getting a look at how things used to be is as simple as clicking around the below plug-in. 

The historic photos date as far back as 1890 and while some places still look refreshingly the same, others have undergone dramatic transformations.
