Norwegian crowned world's best-trained body

Muscle-clad gym owner Christian Egner won the award for the world's best trained body at the world bodybuilding championships in Kiev on the weekend.

The eleven judges ranked the Oslo native top in the Athletic Fitness class, in which body-builders are judged not only on their appearance or the weight they can lift, but on how well they perform a series of exercises.
Egner trains between nine and 10:30 every morning and then spends the rest of his day running the two gyms he owns, one in Oslo and one in the nearby village of Skedsmokorset.
