Oslo has overtaken Stavanger as Norway's most expensive city to buy an apartment, according to new property statistics published on Monday.

"We have restored peace and order," Rune Bertelsen of the Rogaland estate agency ttold E24. "It was unnatural that the fourth largest city in the country should have the highest prices."
Stavanger overtook Oslo in 2010, in the wake of the financial crisis, and has held the crown for Norway's most expensive city until now.
