African 'boat people' planned to sail to Canada

Three North African men caught with a stolen yacht in Trondheim, planned to sail all the way to Canada, where they wanted to emigrate, police have said.
"We arrested three men born in the 1980s. They were all from North Africa and said they were going to Canada. But the question is how far they had come," Havard Høyem at Sør-Trøndelag Police told TV2. "They had no sailing experience."
