Justice Minister set to reply to Snowden letter

Norway's Justice Ministry is set to reply to a plea from the Norwegian PEN Society to review whether the country will accept US whistle-blower Edward Snowden's application for asylum, despite the former CIA contractor filing the documents from abroad.
